The Kingsbridge Armory, when originally built, boasted the largest, column-free interior space in the world. Over 3500 red-glaze terra cotta stones were replicated in cast stone for the over 1000 L.F. of parapet, which was being completely replaced. T·H·R fabricated nearly 600 molds for the job to enable the contractor to keep a schedule that would have been impossible by any other means. |
